A long overdue update!
Well lots has been happening lately!
Right now, my own little theme song to my life matches my blog's song ... "It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for me, and I'm feeling GOOD." We had our first appointment with the Fertility Specialist yesterday, and he said the magic words I have been longing to hear:
"I will get you pregnant."
Talk about music to my ears! He is confident it will happen in the next three months, after I have a minor procedure done in a few weeks. I could have leapt over the desk and kissed him when he said it. How wonderful would it be if we were pregnant by our 2nd anniversary? In all reality, I just want it to happen before we hit the two year mark in December. Wish us luck!!
It has given me a much needed boost, I haven't been doing well at all, but after yesterday, I'm me again. It feels great!
I went on a scrapping weekend last weekend too, which really picked me up too. I was very productive - 14 LOs, I covered a mini-album and did a cover page, plus a half decorated L for my gorgeous Lisa - who's about to officially become a God-mummy on the weekend!! Safe travels my sweet, and I can't wait to see photos from the weekend. I've included a couple of my LOs for the weekend - but I can't share my favourites just yet, as they're going in The Scrap Heaps's next newsletter!

Oh honey I am so glad to hear your beautiful positive words!! It's going to happen sweetie and soon I just know it! :D
It's funny but once I posted off my little parcel to you I felt a huge sense of relief and I said to Michael "Now Jody can get pregnant!" LOL I am sooooo convinced now is the time and everything will happen for you before you know it!!
